Out of stock part found

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Great. The sales staff showed out of stock when looking at inventory list but personally went to the warehouse and found the last one on the shelf. It was shipped that same day and arrived on time for my planned trip.

This part has not been available for months. I’ve written several times to find out when they would be available or is there a suitable replacement and have not received a reply.

Amazing Customer Support

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

It was perfect! The day before Thanksgiving my son needed a drain plug for his Newport Dinghy. The customer service rep knew exactly what we needed. It arrived Friday by Noon, the day after Thanksgiving. It allowed him two extra days to be on the water. Great job!

I wasn't sure what to expect for support for my inflatable, but was VERY happy with the result. I found that part online, and had it in-hand in just a few day. I've been very pleased with the boat overall.
