Awesome customer service.

Approx three months ago I made my first purchase from Newport buying a trolling motor & battery for my fishing kayak. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the products. In fact, I purchased a second motor & battery for my son’s kayak which is a different model so I had questions. Incorrect weight on battery

I purchased this battery for the weight listed online and since it’s the same brand has my motor it’s for a kayak. It’s much heavier then it says almost 10 pounds

Kayak 55 lb. thrust trolling motor and 50 Ah deep cycle battery

I have fished twice with my new motor and battery and have had lots of fun! After charging the battery the first time, I contacted Newport Vessels because one of the battery caps popped off during charging. Newport asked me to submit a warranty claim and they are sending me a replacement battery! Wow--extremely fast customer service. The trolling motor works really well.
