I was initially disappointed to find that a cotter pin was missing when I opened my package, so I called customer support. The representative who helped me was friendly and committed to resolving the issue. I received the replacement part and a spare(!) in the expected time frame and was completely satisfied with the resolution of my issue. I would include a photo but cannot find a way to upload one to this review
