Parts

Bought oar’s, oar lock caps, aluminum bench seat, aluminum stringers. Shipped out and received in a timely manner. Newport Vessels has a nice website to purchase items.

I expected just the cap. Newport shipped the whole assembly. And on their Dana inflatable the switchover was simple

Oar locks shipping cost disappointment

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars

Disappointed. Two oar lock caps cost $9.90 which is a fair price for two small plastic pieces with string. These two caps were delivered in a soft envelope-like package. Shipping cost $9.70 which to me is too expensive. I believe the shipping should have been much less than the cost of these very small lightweight items. My disappointment is focused on the shipping expense and not a reflection to the service and\or product.

They worked out great for an older model Brigs dinghy that had them missing. Thanks
