No other boat dealers wanted to mess with getting me a patch kit for my inflatable board, including where I purchased the thing! One place told me there were in stock but after I paid, didn’t ship for 3months. Newport was prompt to telephone me for corrected shipment instructions and sent it out cheerfully that day. It’s not the amount of $$$ it’s the amount of satisfaction with these folk!

I have not used the item yet but it looks like a Quatity product for the money. Newport did their job and sent it USPS 2 day Priority Mail but it took 9 days to get it. Newport - Good, USPS - Bad!

Purchased a Newport inflatable about 5 years ago. All of the rubber lifting seams, seat brackets, rub rails, Newport insignia patches etc. are coming unglued. Also developing air leaks at PVC seams. Customer service rep. was very responsive and sent me some repair kits so I could try to re-glue the problem areas. Didn’t expect to need this extensive a repair to a 5 year old inflatable. Previous inflatable (West Marine) lasted more than 15 years with no issues. Now regret I didn’t stick with major brand.

We about have it set up … we were missing the seat and repair patch kit but I called and emailed customer service … they were quite expeditious.👍👍👍👍 In sending missing item and also guided us through registration . We are looking forward to using our dinghy very soon !
