Code 00 : DC OVERVOLTAGE

Probable Cause: Battery voltage doesn't match

Steps to Solve:

  1. Change the Battery

Code 01: DC UNDERVOLTAGE

Probable Cause: Battery voltage is too low/ Power cable connection is bad

Steps to Solve:

  1. Check if the connections are bad, if the connection is checked, try restarting the motor by long pressing the power button
  2. If the step one doesn't work, change the battery
Code 02: BATTERY OVERVOLTAGE

Probable Cause: Battery voltage doesn't match

Steps to Solve:

  1. Check if the battery mode is correct
  2. If the step one doesn't work, change the battery
Code 03: BATTERY UNDERVOLTAGE

Probable Cause: Battery voltage is too low/ Power cable connection is bad

Steps to Solve:

  1. Check if the connections are bad, if the connection is checked, try restarting the motor by long pressing the power button
  2. If the step one doesn't work, change the battery
Code 04: MOTOR OVERTEMP

Probable Cause: Motor runs outside of water for too long time / Drive PCB didnt get installed properly

Steps to Solve:

  1. Stop the motor, wait unitl the motor gets cooled
  2. Long press the power button to reset the motor
Code 05: MOTOR UNDERTEMP

Probable Cause: Environment temperature is lower than -20 degree / Faulty sampling component

Steps to Solve:

  1. Bring the motor to a warmer place
  2. If the first step doesn't work, this error is not recoverable
Code 06: DRIVE OVERTEMP

Probable Cause: Motor runs outside of water for too long time / Drive PCB didnt get installed properly

Steps to Solve:

  1. Stop the motor, wait until the motor gets cooled
  2. Long press the power button to reset the motor
Code 07: DRIVE UNDERTEMP

Probable Cause: Environment temperature is lower than -20 degree / Faulty sampling component
