LoPRO Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Official Terms & Conditions (April 2026)
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Newport Vessels (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Newport Vessels, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 4/17/2026 and ends on 4/20/2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow @newportvessels
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag at least one (1) other Instagram user in the comments
Each additional tag in a separate comment counts as an additional entry. Participants may also receive a bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @newportvessels.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Newport LoPRO Lithium Battery.
The winner will have the option to select one (1) LoPRO battery model based on their motor setup and compatibility. Available models may include 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V LoPRO batteries, subject to availability.
The approximate retail value of the prize will vary depending on the model selected, with a maximum value of up to $1,699 USD.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or announced on the Newport Vessels Instagram Story within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.
The selected winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Fulfillment
The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address to receive the prize. Newport Vessels is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged shipments.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure compatibility between the selected battery and their equipment.
8. General Conditions
Newport Vessels reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Newport Vessels from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
9. Publicity
By entering this giveaway, participants grant Newport Vessels permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
