United StatesSo I lost the pin that adjust the pitch on the NK300 and engages reverse lock, must have fallen out. I called in because did not see the part listed and was given a part number but thought it was not right was assured it was what I needed. Nope it was a three pack of shear pins not even close. I kept them because I would need them later and my second call got someone knowledgeable who directed me to the pack with this pin and barrel pin and they were right. Received it two days later and now have a few more spare parts I’m going to need down the road. Both reps were friendly and took care of my questions quickly with just this feedback. Pictures and parts list help on the website and your person answering the call may be friendly but also need to be knowledgeable. Great motor and great customer service experience so far.
