Warranty Communication Cable

Wish I was able to use it! Bought new NK180Pro and first test ride, it failed. Tech support said it was a bad cable and promised to expedite overnight as I was leaving on a fishing trip in 5 days. I emailed Newport and tech letting them know I had not received a tracking number or confirmation. No response. I left Sunday for my fishing trip with no cable! Received an email from tech saying the cable was out of stock, but they were happy to say that they received a replacement that day, Monday. It was delivered on Thursday! Wow, not even an email letting me know they were out of stock. I spent over $5,000 on my kayak with the Newport motor. NOT HAPPY with Newport as this was not my only issue with their tech support.
