I need a new controller. Will I need to purchase the controller and the upgrade kit?

No, this controller comes with the M12 connector preinstalled and the kit to upgrade the connector on your motor.

What motor(s) is this compatible with?

This upgraded controller is for the NK300 and the NK180PRO only. If you need a controller and cable set for the NK180, you will need to purchase the controller for the NK180 and the new M12 upgrade kit, if you need the communication cable.

What tools will I need to install this upgrade?

The only tool you will need is a heat gun or high-temp hair dryer to complete this install. We also suggest using gloves with heat protection during the process.

Is this upgrade kit required?

No, it is not required. However, this is the only replacement option now available, as we no longer offer the M8 connectors.
