difficult to get any response

If anyone had bothered to respond to my many attempts to contact Newport over the last 4 month's...you would understand that I received an incorrect pin with a repair kit ordered in Jan.

Disappointed

Took over 6 months to get this part. Without it my trolling motor won’t work. If this is how they maintain there stock. I won’t be buying another product ever.

TM Drive Pins

Pin worked great! Fixed my vibration issue. Surprised how the smallest of bends in the original pin gets amplified to a very noticeable amount of vibration while in operation. Glad I’ve got 2 spare pins!

Recent purchase of 3 drive pin pack

As usual with these folks the telephone discussion of my situation (I "lost" i.e. forgot where I put them) was clear, helpful and the follow up was swift and simple. 86 lb motor and service

The 86 lb motor 24 volt has been worth every penny over the past 2 years. Had problems finding a prop bin but Newport vessel service department hooked me up right away. Very pleased with their Motors and service!
