VERY satisfied customer

I purchased one of the Newport Vessels trolling motors, when I recieved it, one of the knobs was cracked/broken. I contacted Newport on MOnday & by that friday they shipped me a new knob. They called & made sure of the part & said they'd get it right out & they did. I would recommend Newport Vessels to any one who needs a trolling motor, thanks Newport!

Overall GREAT XP

I have the 62 lb.thrust/12V. beast and it's spectacular. Newport was the only purveyor with that size mtr. in a 12V. format. It's quiet, powerful,smooth and is head and shoulders over the 70/24V. I had before. It is a little consumptive power wise but that's to be expected. One caveat, when in transit tighten down all the locking mechanisms on the shaft. I lost a wing bolt on the HT. Adj. collar which they replaced free of charge and, in a very short order no questions asked! Customer service is phenomenal yeah J-Bird I'm talking about you! Great Co, Great service, I heartily recommend them for any of your outdoor purchases!
