The NK180PRO scoots my fully rigged Oldtown PDL106. Unreal speed for a vessel that isn’t known for it. This is gonna take my tournament fishing to new Heights!

Maintaining Marine Plywood Floor Boards

Over time and through use, the paint on the floorboards will need to be repaired. Please follow these steps below for maintenance and repair:

  1. Make sure the boards are completely dry. Allow them to air out for several days to ensure no water is pooled inside the aluminum framing or between the aluminum and plywood. Turn the boards up on their sides so any water stuck inside the alloy frame can drain out with the help of gravity
  2. Areas that need to be repainted can be sanded down with an orbital sander (use a dust mask). You can use a tax cloth to remove all paint dust from the wood.
  3. Repaint with marine specific paint. We recommend Pettit EZ-Poxy Modern Polyurethane Topside Paint for our floorboards. The color Steel Gray is the closest color offered.

Hopefully this helps!
