Great service after sale

I purchased an NT 300 a few months ago and was really enjoying it all summer . Somehow, I got a small nick in the prop which caused a little bit of vibration. The company sent me a replacement prop for free ! Great service and I appreciate it..

The ordering process was awesome amazing but once I received the product and had issues the warranty department took along time to respond. Ordered a brand new nk300 and battery 36v 30ah from newport received it the propeller had damage then finally installed it when I got a day off. Was so excited charged the battery after reading instructions manual and plugged it in and nothing been trying to trouble shoot but there is no display. I'm thinking now after all I did thinking it's the battery. Submitted a warranty claim and haven't heard back. And I'm concerned because I just invest almost $2200 on a product I was so excited for and I'm getting no response from the warranty department
