When pre-order items are mixed with items that are in stock, our system defaults to holding the order and sending everything at one time to save you money on shipping. If you would like to receive items from your order that are currently in stock sooner, please contact our customer service team so we can split your order. We will be able to ship out the items that are in stock sooner and then ship out the rest of your order when more stock arrives. Please note that doing this may result in additional shipping charges.
