Uh oh. Did you get locked out of your account? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Try following the instructions below to get back into your account.
Go to https://newportvessels.com/ and click the My Account button in the top right corner. Click Forgot Password below and input your email. Make sure you input the email that you used previously for your account.
Once you have completed the previous step login to your email and search for the email from ‘email@example.com’ labeled “Password change request for Newport”. Once you find the email and open it click the link inside the email and choose a new password that fits the criteria of the website. Then sign back in with the updated password.

1. Navigate to https://newportvessels.com/ and click the ‘My Account’ button in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ next to Sign In.
3. Fill out your email address in the bar below and click ‘Reset Password.'
4. When you input the password you will be logged into your account and be brought to your Order History.
5. Open a new internet browser and log in to your email. Search for an email from ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ labeled “Password change request for Newport”. Open this email and click on the blue link to create a new password.
A. If you do not see the email please note that it may take 5-30 minutes for this email to be delivered. Please try refreshing your email to receive it.
B. If you still did not receive an email it may be in your spam folder.
C. If you still did not receive the email please try another email address and repeat the previous steps.
D. If you still cannot get into your email call us at (866) 721-0002 Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or email us at SUPPORT@NEWPORTVESSELS.COM.
6. Change your password by inputting 7 characters. This must contain both alphabetic and numeric characters. Note: Please write down or save this password. Now put this somewhere safe so you can get back into your account and get out on an adventure!
7. Once you have created and submitted your new password you will be logged into your account and brought to the Order History page. Now that you are logged in you can review past purchases, place new orders, and submit reviews of our products!
