If you ordered multiple items, please note that you will receive an email with 1 tracking number, which holds all of the packages being delivered.

Thank you for purchasing a product from Newport. Please note this article is to help customers that purchased directly from Newport. If you have purchased directly from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon for tracking information and support for shipping.

Please see the steps below to access the individual tracking number for each package. This can be useful if you haven't received an item yet or you are missing something from your order. 

1. Once we print a shipping label, you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. You can open this email and click on the blue tracking number to open the UPS website. Alternatively, you can log into your account and view your order details to pull up your UPS tracking number.


2. Now that the UPS website is open, you can see "Your Shipment" on the top left. Below this, UPS will show how many packages are included in this tracking number.  If you have multiple packages, it will say "1 of XYZ Piece Shipment". In the example, 4 packages are going to the customer, so there are 4 tracking numbers. 


4. Click the blue text that says “1 of XYZ Piece Shipment”. This will show you each package under the shipment and when it will arrive.
