Newport Vessels SUPs uses a Halkey Roberts directional locking valve, make sure the valve stem pulled up, this allows air to be pumped in but not let out. Connect your hand pump and begin inflating, it will be easy until to start to reach 12-13 PSI. Ensure you have inflated to 14.5 PSI with a few hard pumps at the end.
